The villa is a semi-detached property set over 4 floors in a popular tourist resort high in the mountains. There are around 160 villas located in the resort but you would not realise this as they are all hidden in the trees. The first floor is self contained with its own entrance and consists of hallway/kitchen area, a separate toilet and washbasin and a large living room/sleeping area. The second floor has its own entrance via external stairs, and consists of small hallway, separate toilet and washbasin, small bedroom and large living room/sleeping area. There is a large balcony that leads from the main room. There are internal stairs that lead up to the third floor which consists of the same floor layout as the second floor (without toilet). There are internal stairs that lead to the fourth floor which has one large room and another long room but with restricted ceiling height. The fourth floor requires internal decoration and finishing to make it a habitable floor. Floors 1, 2 & 3 are finished and are in a livable condition.
