This page is all about things to do in Pazardzhik and the surrounding areas. This will include places to walk, places to eat, places to see and anything else that we find of interest. These will be places that we have been to personally and so that means we can give an honest rating of what we find. Places will be added as and when we visit them. Please check back for updates!

‘Freedom Park’

Freedom Park is located in Pazardzhik town. It is actually a small island located on the river Maritsa, on the south side of town. Closed off from traffic this is a large park that offers great space to roam around in. This park caters for all ages, young and old. There are swings and rides for younger children, coffee shops for the adults and even a small zoo for the children to see. There are also some magnificent sculptors located all around the park. ‘Sky Bar’

As the name suggests, Sky Bar is a bar located in the sky! Well it’s actually on the 9th (top) floor of a newly constructed office & shopping mall. This is located in the centre of Pazardzhik town opposite the imposing council & administrative building. You can see some amazing views of the town and surrounding mountains from Sky Bar. Drinks are more expensive than normal bars though with water at 1.20 leva a bottle (normally 0.80) and a large beer at 1.80 leva a bottle (normally 1.20). More photographs!
